Blogger.com says that it support pictures and attatchments. Even the pictures sent with mails are acceptable. "Any images you attach to the email will be uploaded to the web and included in your post." But the help also reads: "Blogger does not directly provide image hosting, although you are welcome to include any images in your blog if you have them stored online elsewhere."

I'm testing it with a mail now.
